There are two processes for sodium silicate production.
1. Liquid Phase
The first one is reaction in liquid phase in pressure vessel with steam heating for reaction, raw material is caustic soda and quartz sand, we called Liquid Phase, product is Liquid Sodium Silicate;
2. Solid Phase
The second one is reaction in solid phase in melting furnace with fuel burning, heating for reaction,raw material is soda ash and quartz sand, we called Solid Phase, Product is Solid Sodium silicate, shape can be grain, lumps owning to customize.
