Production Process
The production process of this plant follows a series of well-coordinated steps. It begins with the precise weighing and dosing of raw materials. After mixing, the material is fed into the drying section. In most cases, spray drying technology is employed. The detergent mixture is atomized into fine droplets, which are then contacted with hot air in a large drying chamber. By precisely controlling the temperature, air flow rate, and drying time, dry laundry powder particles with appropriate size, texture, and moisture content are formed. This spray drying process is a key factor determining the quality of the final product, as it influences characteristics such as solubility and flowability.
Subsequently, the dried powder is sieved to remove oversized or undersized particles, ensuring a uniform particle size distribution.
