Product details
High-density laundry detergent production equipment is a completepowder engineering production line, with a core process beingagglomeration granulation. The equipment continuously meters solidpowders (such as soda ash, zeolite, and sodium sulfate) and liquidbinders (such as nonionic surfactants, AES, and sodium silicate) inprecise proportions and feeds them into a high-speed agglomerationmixer. Under intense shearing, the liquid is evenly coated onto thepowder surface, agglomerating the fine powder into dense particlesthrough "liquid bridging force." Subsequently, the particles are dried ina fluidized bed, cooled, and sieved to obtain concentrated laundrydetergent granules with a bulk density as high as 0.45~0.90 g/cm³
Core Processes
1. Raw Material Pretreatment and Metering
Powder raw materials are screened and crushed before entering the silo.
Precise metering is achieved using a loss-in-weight scale or screw conveyor with an error of <0.5%.
Liquid raw materials are pumped to the agglomerator nozzle via a metering pump.
2. Agglomeration and Granulation (Core Section)
High-speed agglomeration mixer: Materials are mixed and agglomerated within tens of milliseconds.
Liquid is evenly sprayed through atomizing nozzles, forming "liquid bridges" that connect the powder particles.
Dense, rounded particles are generated, completing granulation instantly.
3. Drying and Conditioning
Wet particles enter a fluidized bed dryer, where hot air removes excess moisture.
Fluidized bed cooling section: Reduces particle temperature and prevents agglomeration.
An aging belt can be added for further solidification and stabilization of the particles.
4. Post-blending and Packaging:
Sieving removes excessively large or small particles (returned to the system for reuse).
Post-blending mixing system: Adds heat-sensitive ingredients (enzymes, flavorings, bleaching agents, colored particles).
Finished product packaging: Bagged or boxed, packaging volume reduced by 30%-50% compared to traditional powders.
Flexible formulation design
Capable of producing various product types:
Regular concentrated laundry detergent
Ultra-concentrated laundry detergent (active ingredients >25%)
Enzyme-added laundry detergent, color-safe bleach powder
Industrial laundry detergent, dishwasher-safe powder
Rapid changeover: Formula switching only requires cleaning the mixing machine, completed within 30 minutes.
FAQ:
1. Does high-density laundry detergent dissolve well? Will there be any residue?
High-quality high-density laundry detergent dissolves well. Through optimized agglomeration processes and the addition of solubilizing agents, the product can quickly disintegrate and disperse in both cold and warm water. We can assist customers in formula optimization to ensure that the solubility meets market demands.
2. How automated is the equipment? How many people are needed to operate it?
It adopts a fully automatic PLC control system, allowing for 1-2 people per shift to operate. The system has functions such as formula storage, automatic batching, data recording, and fault alarms, significantly reducing labor costs.
3. Is it convenient to change production and clean? Can it produce different formulas?
Yes, it is convenient. The agglomeration mixer is designed with a rapid cleaning structure, allowing switching from one formula to another to be completed within 30 minutes. The formula program can store hundreds of process parameters, which can be recalled with one click, making production changes efficient.
4. Will dust be generated during the production process? How is it controlled?
The entire system adopts a negative pressure closed design and is equipped with a high-efficiency bag filter dust collector, ensuring that dust emission concentrations are lower than national standards. The collected dust is returned to the system for reuse, which is both environmentally friendly and improves yield.
5: How much lower is the equipment investment compared to high-tower spray drying?
Because it eliminates the need for a spray tower tens of meters high and a complex hot air system, the equipment investment and civil engineering costs of high-density agglomeration granulation production lines are typically 30%-50% lower than high-tower processes. Energy consumption is also significantly reduced, resulting in a shorter payback period.
