The newly added workshop covers an area of 12,000 square meters and is primarily constructed with a double-layer steel structure, equipped with an automated three-dimensional warehouse and intelligent logistics system. It has the capacity to produce 30 sets of core modules for high-tower washing powder production lines annually. At the commissioning ceremony, the company revealed that the total investment for this project is 110 million yuan, with environmental protection accounting for over 15% of the investment. Through the implementation of rooftop photovoltaic and waste heat recovery systems, it is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 1,800 tons annually. Over 60 overseas customer representatives from countries such as Indonesia, Vietnam, and Nigeria witnessed the joint commissioning of the first demonstration line and signed 12 intention contracts on the spot, with a total contract value of nearly 50 million yuan. Xiang Hongyue, the general manager of the company, stated that after the second-phase project is put into operation, the overall production capacity will increase by 60% and the delivery cycle will be shortened by 20%, laying a hardware foundation for the company's rapid delivery in markets along the "Belt and Road".
